1031 Coalition Letter to Members of Congress Expresses Strong Support for Like-Kind Exchanges

As part of our ongoing 1031 advocacy efforts, FEA and members of the 1031 Coalition circulated the following letter to leaders of congressional tax-writing committees expressing strong support for preserving like-kind exchanges. The FEA and Thirty-five other groups signed the letter, which was sent to the chairmen and ranking members of the House Ways and Means Committee and Senate Finance Committee.
